We are seeking a General Manager / Operations Lead to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, team management, financial performance, and sales growth. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to expand business opportunities in the environmental, construction, or waste industries, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Operations Management – Lead daily workflow, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all aspects of service delivery.

✅ Team Building & Leadership – Develop, mentor, and manage teams to maintain a strong, positive workplace culture.

✅ Sales & Business Growth – Drive revenue through client acquisition, contract negotiations, and strategic expansion of Adler’s services.

✅ Contracts, Credit & Collections – Oversee financial aspects, including contracts, budgeting, and collections, ensuring financial stability.

✅ Process Improvement – Identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years of leadership experience in the industrial, environmental, or construction sectors.

✔ Strong business acumen with knowledge of operations, sales, and financial management.

✔ Ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

✔ Technical & Safety Expertise – Experience with OSHA compliance, confined space entry, and environmental regulations is a plus.

✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and CRM software (preferred).

✔ Truck Driving Experience & CDL License (a plus, but not required).

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for expanding business opportunities.
